Room temperature water is best to drink when:
- You have a cold: Drinking room temperature or warm water helps you to breathe easier. Drinking cold water thickens your nasal mucus making it harder to breathe.
- You want to be less thirsty: Drinking room temperature water helps to make you less thirsty.
