Side effects of not drinking enough water

Drinking lots of water is very important for your body because our bodies need water to help our organs function. Not drinking enough water can lead to dehydration. Here are some side effects of not drinking enough water:

  • Headaches: Headaches are a common symptom of dehydration. To help combat the dehydration, try drinking a large glass of water. 
  • Fatigue: Not drinking enough water could lead to lower energy levels and you may feel sluggish. 
  • Dry mouth: Dry mouth is another way of saying that you have a lack of saliva. Having dry mouth can make it difficult to breath and talk so it’s important that you drink lots of water throughout the day.
