Well, there’s a lot of factors that go into it such as gender, age, and weight. Women should drink around 90 ounces (11 cups) of water a day. Men should drink around 125 ounces (16 cups) of water a day. There’s a formula you can use to be more exact on how much water you drink. Multiply your weight by .5 and multiply it by 12. This number will represent the ounces of water you should be drinking every day.
